Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in great location. A real home from home. Ideally located for coastal and country walks and great access to Poppy Line railway. Excellent parking facillities and well served by public transport very nearby. Communication with owner was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Loverly flat close to North Norfolk Railway
Great accommodation close to town and North Norfolk Railway private parking next to flat entrance good value and only a short walk to beach and promenade
Really enjoyed staying here & will definitely return. Apartment was clean & comfortable. Great location too. Enjoyed watching the steam trains from the kitchen. Very good communication from Mark prior to the visit.
Clean and comfortable property. Ideal location for Sheringham with own off road parking (very important to us). The treats were very welcome too. All in all a lovely short break with the added bonus of beautiful weather!
We enjoyed this short break very much. The apartment was very clean ,cosy and convenient for the town and amenities.
The chocolate biscuits and milk was a nice warm welcome also.Thank-you for an enjoyable stay .
Tidy, comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Didn’t move the car from car park. Walked to Cromer and back one day and used the coast hopper one day to Cley marshes reserve and walked back to Sherringham. Excellent sea food to eat in or out.
Stayed here a few times now, always clean and comfortable. We don't cook while we are there but kitchen has everything you would need. Easy to follow instructions for immersion, heating, wi fi, etc. Short walk to train station and bus stops for exploring nearby places. Overlooking a main road but noise is not an issue, not much traffic at night. Perfect for us and look forward to our next visit.

Nice flat, easy to get everywhere !! Couldn’t get on to WiFi in flat as no service on phone !! Would book again very comfortable !!
Third time visiting this property as I travel to Sheringham to catch up with family. As always, very clean and comfy. Easy to access and quiet despite being on a main road. Parking a huge bonus. As a solo female traveller I feel safe in this property which is a big consideration for me. When I have contacted the host he has responded quickly and helpfully which is what I need especially as I am often dealing with “family stuff”, am exhausted and stressed.
This is the first property I always check for availability in this area and would be very happy to stay again.
It's been years since we went to Sheringham and this apartment was a gem of a find for us and was in a great location. In around 5 minutes we could walk to beach, shops, pubs, train station, etc. Clean and comfortable with everything you need including an allocated parking space which is important to us. Grateful for the teabags, coffee and pint of milk in the fridge so we could make a cuppa on arrival. Small balcony overlooking the main road, lovely to sit with a glass of wine while watching the world pass by. Bedroom also overlooks this road but noise was minimal and did not disturb us. We even managed to get a couple of photos of the steam train from the kitchen window. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely return.

Clean and basic
Loved the area of sheringham . On arrival at the property a resident shouted from her car at me that YOU CANT PARK THERE ITS PRIVATE PARKING !!! After I got out of my car to calm her down and reassure here that I could, she was a little more approachable. (Great start to a holiday) Liked the welcome drink facilities but thought the bathroom although very clean could definitely do with an up grade. I didn't really find the apartment very relaxing so avoided spending much time there after my altercation with an angry neighbour! Also thought the car park was scruffy and felt like I was returning to a council flat not a holiday home every evening, (don't mean to be disrespectful as I have lived in such property) Clearly lots of effort had been but into trying to make it comfortable but I'm afraid I didn't feel it.
