"House is great, we had a large group. 2 living rooms, one with tv one without was a nice separation. To give some details on the layout, the bunk bed rm and twin room are off the living room on the main level, all other bd rooms are on the second floor. From the parking area to the main front door there are 31 steps.... not sure that was stated anywhere but hopefully everyone reads this review. I will stay here again if my group size demands it, it's close to mt snow, pretty secluded overall...

"This was our second visit to the chalet. It was just as wonderful as the first time. The chalet is incredibly cute and cozy. It's location is perfect for a quiet getaway, while also being very close to downtown Wilmington and many hiking trails. I would highly recommend!"

"Wonderful house. 5 minutes from Mt Snow & Close to restaurants. House equipped with everything needed to cook. Stayed between Xmas and NY with a big family and house fit everyone comfortably."

"Very clean and well maintained. Generally quiet other than some steady lake traffic. Dog friendly and close to short hike to lake for swimming. Close enough to town for food and drink, a short walk if desired. Would recommend and plan to book again."

"We had a wonderful time. My mom was able to stay on the first floor with a bathroom and step in shower right next door. My sisters and I were very comfortable in the three bedrooms upstairs. We had beautiful fires every day, walked the dog, played cards and the game apples to apples, and explored many craft and apple festivals. It was lovely."

"From booking, to check in. Dan made everything super easy. The house had so much room for everyone. We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Mt Snow is only 13mins away. The heated pool and jacuzzi in the community was nice after a day of riding. Will be back to this location. They have everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Thank you!"

"We rented for about 7 weeks during the ski season. The house is a short 10-15 minute drive from Mount Snow. It's situated high up on Chimney Hill and gets beautiful sunrises. The house itself was well stock with basics and quite comfortable, especially with the large beds and cozy down comforters. We enjoyed using the wood burning stove when it was cold. Joe, the owner, was easy to communicate with. We didn't have any issues with the house. We particularly enjoyed the access to the Chimney Hill...

"The home was very clean and our host was always available to answer questions through the app if needed. Super private spot with not a lot of traffic and there was even a nice fenced in area for the pups off the deck which was a pleasant surprise. Super close to the Inn at Quail Run which was convenient because we were attending a family reunion. Highly recommended!"

"Great property with great view, cute suite with everything we needed for a short stay while getting our daughter settled back in at Amherst College. Enjoyed a nice dinner nearby at Blue Rock Shelburne Falls, a little shopping and coffee at Mocha mayas and Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters. My husband did a little fly fishing just off the property in the Deerfield River. Thank you!"

"The home was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay! The only thing about the location, it’s very remote. We had an event in North Adams and had a nearly impossible time getting a ride share service or taxi to come pick us up. Other than that, a wonderful stay!"

50th friends reunion

"This was a 50 year reunion trip for five girlfriends that met as Freshman at UMass in 1974. We had a great time reminiscing and touring the campus and stayed overnight in the hotel which got us all rooms on the same floor. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good."
