"Room and river view were excellent. Very comfortable beds and cosy room . Only critricism was leaking shower connection on bath tub. Otherwise i would stay there again. yes great stay "

"Its not what I didn't like staying at the place. As the place is very reasonable in price concidering the places around the area. For short stays its good. Comfy bed shower and toilet facilities. Place is clean what more do you want. I noticed people want everything for a cheap price. Simple rooms with a bathroom. The couple running the site are lovely and friendly but if booking to stay please read what your needs are. "

"A very friendly owner. The place was clean. The shower, towels and bedding were dated. I stayed overnight and for the price it reflected the condition. Good parking facilities. There was no TV which it could do with. "

"Despite all the information you have about the location accommodation, I found it very difficult to locate. However when I finally arrived, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was very warm. The only thing I noticed was that there were invoices from probaly a previous occupant in one of the bedroom drawers and some earpods left in the lounge. Maybe their cleaner needs to be more vigilant."

"We booked a room only, no breakfast. The room was very clean, comfortable, full of character and the en-suite was lovely too. Location stunning and peaceful. A welcome change from our usual Premier Inn/Travelodge choice. Thank you."

"Absolutely wonderful so pleased I found The Old Piggery, with only 8 rooms it was quaint and personal, very comfy bed, so convenient parking right outside. Great Breakfast, would 100% stay there again!"

"Let’s be straight here, this is not a guest house. It’s a house with the rooms poorly converted to bedrooms. There is no fire detection, or prevention. No secondary means if escape. My room wasn’t serviced once in the the 4 days I stopped. The description is shockingly deceptive. No WiFi, you have to provide your own loo roll and the place is very very noisy and the other guests have no consideration. "A place to sleep at. This is a room in a shared house. The room beard no resemblance to the picture on the site. You cannot gain access to your booked and paid for room until you have paid 15 pounds extra (for cleaning). I was literally made to stand in the rain while speaking to the person who is supposed to give me access to the room on the phone.I was literally bullied into either paying or just walk away. "The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... "Had a great stay here rooms are very nice & would stay again. Only very small negative was check out time on my booking said 12pm, we had a cleaner walk in without knocking at 10:30 & then at 11:30 knocking to ask if we where leaving soon. I understand completely they have rooms to turn round & the mistake at coming in the first time I would have forgiven as a mistake but being rushed then at 11:30 it just felt like they wanted us out. "

"Great location, offering exceptional value for the price. The room is clean and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed; however, an improvement in shower pressure would be beneficial. It is a £15 Uber ride to Luton Airport and just a five-minute walk to the Luton train station."
