"We enjoyed the hotel. It was beautiful and comfortable. The room was spacious. The main disappointment we had was when the power went out overnight and until the next day when we left. There were no backup generators. And then when it came to check out, we couldn't use the elevators and had to drag our luggage down to the curb with no assistance or offer of assistance from the staff"
