"This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is lovely, but the hospitality is what makes it exceptional. Khalid, the chauffeur, is very kind and warm, and sets a great tone for the hotel from the moment he picks you up at the airport. The concierge staff goes over the top to make your stay feel comfortable. The VIP/Gold status upgrade is very generous. All the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and dinner, make you feel at home. I’ve travelled the world and can honestly say they’re the best in the business! Thank you so much to everyone for making my trip to Oman so memorable from the start!"

"Very comfortable and well run hotel. I thought from the pictures that it looked dated but actually the rooms were very comfortable, with a light and airy restaurant area. The pool area is lovely and sheltered, the food is excellent and it's nice that you can eat out by the pool in the evening. The staff were friendly with good service. It's only 10 mins walk to the bus station. The gym and indoor pool are large and modern. The only downsides are that there isn't much in the nearby CBD area, dinner service could be slow and the pool buildings need some refurbishment."

After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I’ve traveled to other countries where early check-ins are rarely permitted. Thanks to this, we were able to rest and recharge, ready to explore in the afternoon. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making me feel comfortable and truly valued. It was a lovely experience, and I will definitely return. "
