"The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"We did really enjoyed staying in this amazing hotel. My wife, our children and myself all have no regret of the experience. Rooms are spacious, clean and give a sense of privacy. Food was abundant, with many verities and continental dishes. Staffs were very friendly, supportive and prompt. Perhaps, the hotel may consider adding some games for toddlers. "

"A pleasurable desert experience, with Mr Ram and his team working hard to ensure the environment remains tranquil and blissful for guests. Kudos too to the Chef for dishing out top quality meals throughout our stay. There’s even a professional harpist on site to entertain diners after dark! "Just perfect: super clean, spacious, friendly service, and inexpensive. Some roads around are unpaved right now due to ongoing constructions, but I am sure it will all be fixed soon. Hamra restaurant was a disappointment: electronic only menu, but wifi was imposible to connect (in the restaurant, wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable). Food was ok, although we were not sure what we ordered until it was served. (Also, a little bit overpriced perhaps.) I would stay there again, no questions...

"This place sucks. I booked a 1 bed apartment with kitchen since I'm out of town on business. There is nothing in the kitchen to prepare meals, no dishrags, soap, scrub brushes, no hot water. They provide 2 each of basic cutlery but no knives or a cutting board. No toaster, no microwave. Has a jacuzzi tub, with no hot water. The place is cold and has no heater. No hangers or iron in the closet, no shelves in the closet. There are two drawers that work, the rest are fake. Shower head is broken in...
