"Stayed for a week over Christmas. Unit looks recently remodeled. Unit is central in Cocoa Beach and walkable to several restaurants and a grocery store. If we return to this area we would definitely consider staying there. Hosts were very helpful."

"We didn’t realize the office was so far from the property and got dropped off by Uber at the property early. Called the office and within about 30 minutes someone came with the key for us, which is very nice. Also, we left very early in the AM and were allowed to leave keys in the unit as opposed to walking to the office in the dark. Thank you!!! My only suggestions: have a dust pan for sweeping and fix the balcony sliding door—only a herculean effort can open and close it."

From beach chairs and toys, zip lock bags, paper towel, to plenty of bath towels, beach towels and more, we loved that Sandy thought of everything we might need! Sandy was excellent with communication and so helpful. If we are back in the Area we will be staying here again. We can’t recommend it enough!"
