"Overall clean and tidy. Carpet is fresh in bedrooms and living area has clean and tidy lino type floor. Curtains are vertical blinds which don’t all shut flush, so if you are highly light sensitive, suggest bringing eye mask. "

"Two nights in this lovely Bach. Great fun for the teenagers and the parents playing records! Lovely wood burner. Lovely garden. So close to the beach. Thank you for an awesome time. X"

"Spent a bit of time indoors due to terrible weather but that's where the best part of this house came in, the large covered deck. Outside table was great for groups (and in our case, boardgames). Could also bbq undercover out of the rain. Coffee machine was a nice bonus too."

"Three couples booked and enjoyed great weather. Location is spot on over the road to the beach with afternoon sun and great views out to sea and Kapiti Island. Recommended and hope to stay again."

"Nice big home, 4 bedrooms was a treat and to also see the other bed options, well done. Had other things on so wasn't there during the day (would have loved to have been) but we all enjoyed it. Could hear the sea, private section, nice and cosy... Thanks!! Our extended family came for pizza that night, lots of room for us all. Kids enjoyed the trampoline!"
