"Had a wonderful time here. Most impressive was the overall staff which were quick to help us with our problems. I felt that they were all courteous and helpful. Our cleaning lady on the 35th floor, Angel Yang, went out of her way to check in with us when we bump into her in the hallway. Definitely would stay here again. "

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The riverview is worth the upgrade especially at night when the city lights up. However the construction works starts late like 9pm or 10pm into wee hours, ridiculous. So be warned if construction works still ongoing, best to avoid for now. Overall a great hotel equipped with washer/dryer and kitchen, but the bathroom especially the bathroom bathing area, a little worn out with brown stain."
