"had a quick overnight stay at the novotel. this hotel is my only recommendation if you are on a short stay as there is not much around the property the property itself is beautiful and very much a 4 star hotel and has everything you would need. i ordered room service and it arrived quickly and was tasty. would stay again on my next 1 day layover"

"With the room size, room was surprisingly spacious due to the bed placement. The separate toilet and shower also is a good idea so that there can be 2 people using at the same time. Hotel staff also very helpful, they even volunteered to book taxi for us as we have an early flight the following day. The hotel is also walking distance to Gloria outlet mall."

"This hotel made the cancellation of my flight due to the typhoon a nice experience . First, the price was not excessively high. It was the only hotel available within 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff was very nice and spoke English which was a plus. We were told we also get complimentary dinner. What a great surprise in the middle of a storm . The hotel is different , especially the lobby. You have the dining area as well as a play room ( massage chairs, cars for kids to play , piano, you can also play tennis). The interior court was my favorite part. They had about 4-5 dogs ( mostly Shiba), very playful and friendly. It looks like they have their kennel there. The room was very clean and made the experience a positive one. They offer toiletries by the reception upon request, however the showers had shower gel and shampoo. The bed was big and comfy. They also offer water via a water dispenser by the elevator, including hot water. I highly recommend this hotel . They were even so nice to call a taxi in the morning for us. I am not sure about the area since I was not able to explore , but regarding the rooms and service - 5 stars. "

"This is a fabulous hotel, a short drive from Taipei airport. Right next to a great mall, and a bunch of local stores, cafes, markets, etc. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to overnight in Taipei, or for exploring the area around the airport. The service was excellent, the hotel is gorgeous, the room and bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible - many options, great selections, excellent service, and all at a very reasonable price."
