"This was my 5th stay at this property. It is the perfect spot for visiting beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. The place is clean and comfortable with a lot of recent updates. The owners are so nice and respond quickly to inquiries. The property has an amazing view from the private, covered patio. And you’re on the beach in less than a minute. "Overall very good experience. Owner didn’t respond to an inquiry a few days before our arrival. To be fair the info had been provided in the documentation and I did locate that before we left for vacation but still not very professional to completely ignore our message. Condo was pretty nice. Floors are very uneven but that is a structural issue but didn’t affect our stay. "It was an excellent place for me and my husband.They provided sheets-towels-wash cloths-dish towels some shampoo-lotion.The tvs worked great..For us it was great If you have a big crowd you probably need to bring some pots and pans.We will definitely stay here again "

"The condo was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, and cooler were all right here. The location was very close to downtown. We had an amazing long weekend. The end unit with so many windows gave us a view that was to die for. The hosts were great communicators. Would definitely stay again!"

"Pros: Loved the condo directly on the beach. Easy walk down to the beach. Cons: Older building so when a neighboring Condo slides open or close their Sliding Glass Doors it rattles like thunder through the condo. Also, the 4th floor "down" button to call the elevator was broken. We had to press the "up" button to call the elevator. A resident on a higher up floor said the button had been broken for over a month. Entryway hallway carpet into unit was dirty, recomend cleaning. Communication:...

"This gorgeous ocean view condo on Oak Island exceeded all expectations. Sitting in the living room or on the porch watching the ocean was Heavenly. We went off-season so greatly enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the quiet beach. Extras included easy check-in, an elevator to help with luggage, and the hosts being quick to respond to questions. :-) "

"We had a great time..the condo was just as described. It was very clean, fully stocked with what we needed…and the location was so convenient. The view was amazing. Lisa is a wonderful host, so very responsive, helpful and kind. We appreciated the little anniversary gift she left too! She also gave some great recommendations for food and shopping!
