"It was a very nice hotel. Though when we got there, there was makeup all over the pillows and we had no towels or toilet paper. So I had to go ask for that stuff and to change the sheets. The pool bathroom wasn’t stocked. There was no milk for cereal in the mornings. And they allowed about 15 to hang in the lobby with the kids screaming super loud and running up and down the halls. This was 8-9 at night when ppl were trying to sleep. I did call and ask them to tell them to quiet down and they...

"Hotel was great for our family. Clean. Friendly. Beautiful pool. The pool was on the chillier side though. The attached restaurant was super convenient, really good food and really good service. The continental breakfast at the hotel was good. We wish they offered the biscuits and gravy every day though, not just on Sundays. The gentleman who works the continental breakfast is very friendly and welcoming and does an amazing job. "

"I stayed for two nights here for the renaissance festival. The man at the front desk was helpful in making sure I didn't have to switch rooms (I booked the second night last minute under a separate booking) and the room had no issues. It even had daily cleaning which I never expect anymore. Exceeded expectations, I will likely stay here next year. "
