"Staff were great friendly and helpful, had room 135 which was clean and spacious… breakfast was amazing so much choice and good times 7-11.. half board dinner was disappointing felt they could have had an option to pay a supplement to order from Al a carte which was also quite restrictive, would just go B&B if I returned here as many good restaurants in town and one very close by… "

"The location of the hotel was hands down the most notable characteristic of the hotel, and is located very close to the Santa Cruz area, Alcazar, the cathedral and even Plaza de España. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options available from the buffet. The staff members were friendly and one of them (I unfortunately cannot remember her name) took the time to basically explain the whole city map to us! The check-in and check-out process were smooth and quick and the room was comfortable and the balcony was very cute. The only thing that we wished was better was the safe box. It did not seem to work no matter how many times we tried. We mentioned it to a staff member but it was not much help, which was unfortunate and we had to store our valuables in our luggage. But overall, it was a great hotel. "
