"Hotel is very nice, newer design and rooms with views of the river right next to it. Located across the river from the Guggenheim. Easy walk to the Plaza Nuevo for pintxos bar hopping. "We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes "early" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures."
