"I got the Junior suite room for my 4 day stay. The room was very big and spacious. It had a nice TV, sofa, working table and chairs, a Jacuzzi. The room amenities and the breakfast was also good. However, being a 4 star hotel I would expect more. For example, the wifi signal was extremely poor and not coming from the bed. The room was very dusty. "The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cocktails good and great location to explore from. Honestly though the staff make this place a 5* review, absolutely faultless."
