"Very good standard hotel Alas, our four days were met with high winds abd rain, which is not the hotel's fault, the hotel does sit in an exposed position Great pool bar service, fantastic breakfast, dinner at the restaurant was average "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you."

"First of all the owner didn’t know English so he used google translate to communicate (through WhatsApp) so you can imagine how difficult it was communicating with him. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. Thirdly, in my reservation I had breakfast included and the owner just said “yeah we don’t offer breakfast. And even for the price you lie, you shouldn’t even get the air conditioning but we left you the remote anyway” - once...
