"that staff are very helpful and food is great. We stay in the first floor which is very noisy form the restaurant in the ground floor during the meal service. There is no safety box in the room. It was a theft incidence near the bar on Saturday evening. "

"Thank you so much for a fabulous short stay. Staff were fantastic prior to our stay with organising a driver to collect us from the airport, that worked perfectly. Reception staff could not have been friendlier and put up with our awful Italian and spoke perfect English to us. Nothing was too much effort and they were so helpful. We would definitely stay again, thank you so much."

Once we had worked out the train and bus (the staff explained which ones we needed for town) its situation which seemed far from town, did not seem so far! Breakfast was disappointing. The hot parts were not hot. The scrambled egg was excellent (though not hot) We would stay there again"

"We liked that the rooms were large and had 2 double beds instead of single beds. The hair dryer was even in the bathroom. They provide shuttle service to/from airport, Vatican, Coliseum, Trastevere for a reasonable price. We used taxi service for other areas. Had nice bar and restaurant and great breakfast buffet. Best of all, they had a nice area for smoking which we appreciated greatly. They have a beautiful spa area but the one downfall for me was the low temperature on the jacuzzi. 30c they...

"This is a great basic hotel. The room was a good size, clean and looked refurbished with modern fixtures. Our room was a ski chalet theme. There was great communication from the hotel staff with inquiries and they were able to arrange for transport from the cruise port in Civitavecchia and to the airport. The location is great. Walking distance to many of the tourist attractions and close to many cafes and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The only negative was that our room was not cleaned on our second day which left us over flowing garbage cans for 2 days. However, we would definitely stay here again. "

"This is a great property and very convenient for American travelers. The breakfast is solid for a chain hotel, and a big bonus—it has air conditioning! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. While it’s not located in the heart of historic Rome, it’s just a short taxi ride away and directly across the street from Termini Station and the metro, making it easy to get around. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful."
