bien situé, c'est tout! Lit grinsant, transat bancal, canapé inconfortable, propreté laisse à désirer. Par ailleurs l'ascenceur était en panne (79 marches pour arriver au 5e étage), ce qui ne nous avait pas été communiqué. Bref: décevant sur tout la ligne.

Sehr wohlgefühlt
In dieser schönen Wohnung habe ich mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht. Der Congierge war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut. Man ist sofort in der Stadt. Der Blick in den Innenhof könnte schöner gestaltet sein. Aber die Terrasse war trotzdem sehr willkommen!

Très bon séjour, appartement conforme à la description. L’appartement est moderne, il ne manque rien. Il est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et dans un immeuble accueillant. Il est possible de tout faire à pied , l’appartement est proche du centre ville. Le propriétaire est très réactif pour répondre aux questions. Le gardien qui nous remet les clés est très accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons !

Klein und gemütlich
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Ausstattung ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. In den Schlafzimmern unter dem Dach muss man auf die Dachbalken achten, sonst gibt es Beulen. Die Garage ist eng, aber wir haben unseren T5 da rein bekommen. Die Lage in der Stadt ist auch ganz gut, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Das einzige, was uns zu schaffen machte, war die Hitze - aber wenn man sich mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator arrangieren kann, ist auch das auszuhalten. Wir würden wiederkommen :-)

EMPLACEMENT IDEAL MAIS QUELQUES MANQUES
l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal pour qui veut profiter du centre ville et des quais. Dans une petite rue tranquille à proximité des restaurants sympas des quais. Si vous avez une voiture le garage est bien venu mais attention à la taille de votre véhicule, c'est très compliqué de s'y garer, nous y avons laissé un peu de peinture. Le logement est patfait pour 2 personnes mais attention, les chambres sont très mansardées et nos têtes s'en souviennent. Nous n'avons pas profité du balcon qui donne sur un parking calme mais pas très glamour. L'ensemble de l'appartement supporterai une bonne rénovation car malgré la propreté à notre arrivée, le crépis mural donne une impression vieillotte et la salle debain demande également un bon rafraichissement. Le gardien qui nous accueille est charmant et disponible pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Nous avons toutefois passé un très bon séjour à Sète.

j'ai passé un bon séjour à Sète.
L'appartement est calme à part le cri des mouettes tout à fait normal car l'immeuble est situé près du port mais ce n'est pas gênant.. L'escalier n'est pas pratique. Les tapis dans les chambres ne sont pas bons pour les personnes allergiques. Canapé et fauteuil vétustes et méritent d'être nettoyés en profondeur. Sinon la cuisine, la salle de bain et les ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que la vaisselle étaient très bien. L'immeuble est bien situé pas loin des restaurants. Le gardien très gentil..

Accueillant et très bien situé
Appartement en tout point conforme à sa description. Très calme, à part le cri des mouettes, mais là, il ne faut pas aller à Sète :) Plus de travaux en tout cas. Le centre-ville est vraiment tout proche, très pratique. On a bien aimé le Boucannier juste à côté, et sinon l'Etiquette pour déjeuner en terrasse est chouette aussi. Nombreuses lignes de bus pour aller un peu partout, et notamment la plage (les criques ou la grande plage) ou encore la piscine de Fonquerne plus adaptée en cette saison si on veut se baigner :) La ligne 6 qui va à la gare est gratuite (apparemment c'est nouveau) Merci également à la personne sur place qui est super sympa et très accueillante. On reviendra certainement !

L'appartement à Sète dans lequel nous avons séjourné en septembre 2017 est parfait : spacieux (duplex avec escalier intérieur vers l'étage, qui comprend deux chambres à coucher), très joliment meublé et décoré, très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et de la salle de bain (celle-ci comporte une machine à laver, élément précieux). Cet appartement est également lumineux, calme et bien situé tout près du centre ville de Sète. Bref, c'est un cadre idéal pour passer des vacances d'exception, agréables et confortables!

j'ai globalement apprécié mon séjour dans votre Appartement.
Monsieur STEWART, Comme vous me le demandez, je me permet de vous exprimer quelques réflexions sur votre bien. Il serait important que vous apportiez quelques améliorations en changeant , le mobilier de balcon, la table et les deux chaises sont inutilisables (rouillées), le rideau de douche à changer (moisi), rajouter de la vaisselles (assiettes, verres, bols insuffisant), la porte de la gazinière tenant par un scotch..... Nous avions l'impression que nous arrivions chez quelqu'un car beaucoup de choses n'était pas débarrassé?? Néanmoins nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez vous, de + votre gros pion fort et la Localisation de votre bien. Le gardien qui nous a reçu est d'une grande gentillesse et très serviable, vous êtes très bien épaulé, c'est un grand + pour vous. Location idealement située dans Sete ,pres du port des restaurants et commerces,le parking est vraiment un plus pour cette ville ou se garer est tres compliqué! L'aménagement de l'appartement est fonctionnel et cependant tout est de bon gout et joli .... Seul petit souci pour nous qui y avons passés 15 jours en Aout ,des travaux a proximité donc beaucoup de bruit et reveil a 7H du mat meme si nous y etions que le matin ..... A recommander en verifiant que les travaux soient terminés!!!!!!!!!

Bonjour Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour à Sète ! L' appartement est vraiment spacieux , calme , propre , bien équipé , et conforme à la description , très bon accueil aussi ! Il est proche de tout : le port, le transport, les rues animées et des commerces .Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture qui a pu rester dans le parking en toute sécurité ! Sans aucun doute, nous vous recommandons cet appartement !
