"Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. I cannot rate this villa highly enough,it is virtually perfect."

"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"Very well equipped place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and had a homely feel. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Very nice garden. Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend."

"We just visited for 4 nights. It’s a 40 min drive from the airport in a quaint old town. The house is much bigger than we thought. There are 3 bedrooms. Was spotless. Only 1 bathroom. Has 2 outdoor spaces and a utility room to wash and hang laundry. A/Cs worked great. The house is 100 years old. Ample street parking in front. "We stayed here for a climbing / dws trip. The villa was in a great location just a short walk to the beach, shops and bars. The area is relatively quiet with just enough restaurants and a shop, and a beautiful setting - es pontas just a walk away and lots more within a short drive’s distance. The villa was spotless with lots of communal areas for entertaining. The terrace was a perfect location for some morning yoga and the pool was also great after a long day in the sun. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."

The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating.
