Special mention goes to the reception team member who looked after us in the breakfast space after we couldn’t find a place for dinner on New Years Eve. He warmed our traitor bought dishes in the microwave, provided a corkscrew and sold us beer. He even selected classy music for the occasion. A potential crisis averted, converted to a memorable, enjoyable night. "
