The two rooms we booked were fine. However, we completed the booking on "hotels.com" and reserved one room with 2 twin beds, which we learned the hotel did not offer. It took us over 30 minutes to check-in, because the reception desk clerk was not able to verify that I prepaid the room. Also, the hotel offers two buildings on the property, and the restaurant and bar are located in separate buildings, which made dining and drinking difficult, and this arrangement should be improved. I was required to order food in one building, then walk to the other building to order beers. Regarding food, we ordered a family dinner and were surprised that the kitchen staff took almost 2 hours to prepare pizza's, salads and a chicken plate. A suggestion is that the kitchen staff be provided better training, to allow for quicker dining experience for patrons.
