Spacious for 10 of us - 6 adults 4 children (3 generations) Well equipped indoors and outwith plenty of things for the children and family to do - great swimming pool, table football, table tennis and pétanque. Location - you are within a comfortable walk to Uzes centre yet far enough away to not have to worry about being crowded by the Wednesday and Saturday markets. Intermarche is only 2 mins drive if you're looking for a larger supply, otherwise three smaller shops are available in walking distance in the old town. Accommodation - three generous...

"We so enjoyed our holiday in this ideally located cosy cottage with its fantastic pool which was used daily. We were able to walk to the pretty market town of Uzes with its amazing array of shops and restaurants,on a quiet path behind the house. Nimes with its impressive Roman history and lots of beautiful countryside were easily accessible. Our host, Veronique, was very friendly and extremely conscientious at meeting our needs. "Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, maison idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun 2 enfants, la taille de la maison était parfaite. La maison dispose d'une belle piscine de bonne taille ( seul bémol, elle n'est sécurisée que par une alarme, ayant des enfants entre 2 et 3 ans, la vigilance était constante ). Le propriétaire est tres agréable et disponible pour la moindre question. Nous sommes satisfaits se notre séjour."

"We did not learn from the description that the gîte was a downstairs room in owners house, on a housing estate, on a steep hill with no parking immediately outside. The owners were very pleasant but the room was very dated and furniture well worn. Not what we expected."

"There were 13 of us staying at the vineyard and we all had a great time. The place is even lovelier in person. We had great weather since it was the end of May beginning of June. We were there for a week. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The grocery store was only 10 minutes away. There was complimentary wine waiting for us when we got there which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Cyril the owner was very responsive if we needed anything."

"I booked the property but was unable to go due to health issues, however friends who were joining us still stayed and loved it. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so didn’t use the pool, but they reported that the house was lovely and they recommended it to us! Maybe another year! Thanks to Christine for all your help."
