The house itself was really nice with a good size lounge, well appointed kitchen and separate dining room. The local village is very quiet and the nearest town has a great bakery and a few supermarkets. "We had high hope for a our stay here, the listing looked as it was pictured and it was close to our event we planned to attend. I had messaged the host for an early check in and they were accommodating for that, but any communication after that was slow and unhelpful. The biggest complaint I have about our stay is. One of the three showers flooded and upon letting them know was told to remove the grate myself with a knife. This is something that should have been checked before our arrival....
