"This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay in transit for our family. It is very close to the airport but we needed to ask for directions to work out how tomwall there. We stayed in the family room. The hotel is clean and modern with large bathrooms. We enjoyed a drink in the bistro area and a few snacks. Great service Also easy and quick to check in and check out. "Just a dirty property. Sheets were stained and had hair on them which weren’t mine. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. Front desk is rude. They don’t say hi just stare at you. When checking out I was supposed to receive my deposit of 80. But they only gave me 50 even tho there staff said I would receive my full deposit once I check out. Also the hotel isn’t near anything and cost more than hotel in KL with better amenities. Just go somewhere else. "
