"Great views, room was good size for our family. Needed complimentary tea bags not just coffee satchels. Bit noisy during the night can hear all traffic and fireworks everynight all through the night. Pool was very nice but spa was never on."

You order room service for things like free bathrobes or even food delivery through a provided QR code. The check-in process was terrible, mainly due to lack of communication. There are two twin buildings that are mixed hotel/residential usage, with several hotel desks in each building. You want to go to the Platinum Suites...
