"Staff was excellent , loved the butler service, staff really go out of their way to accommodate you . rooms were really spacious and nice. Kids club and tennis courts were amazing. Hotel really is luxury. Beach/Bay is not as pristine as it seems and being a bay it brings a lot of ocean debris to the bay . Pool is amazing. "

"The staff are exceptional at the Westin. The grounds are gorgeous. They’re in a remodeling phase right now so they upgraded us to a very nice apartment to make sure we were happy. We loved it there. A lot of people want to go to the west side of South Bali where the clubs are, but you can’t swim there. The ocean here at the Westin is very calm and peaceful for swimming. Even calmer than Waikiki beach if you just want to chill out and soak in the ocean. Applause for the staff."

"This is the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. Our villa with our private pool overlooking the rainforest was so private and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was great, the sunset drinks during happy hour at the tree bar were delicious. The Balinese dances during dinner were different every night. "When I booked the hotel I had no idea about the pool situation. When we arrived they informed us that the pool will be under reconstruction, it’s a little disappointing. The staff were amazing, the hotel got 3 restaurants, spa, and gym. The Japanese restaurant was clean, and the food was above and beyond."

"The main attraction of the lodge is that it is attached to the Taman Safari Park which showcases an amazing array of indonesian, indian and african wildlife. The journey thru the "safari lands" in special buses is outstanding and the park caters to all ages and I think a must see for any visitor to Bali. Now to the lodge itself. Its a great concept and well executed however long overdue for an update. As an example the suite we stayed in cost NZD$800 per night and and iniitally we were wowed. ...
