Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. "The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable for indoor- outdoor living. Lovely walks direct from the house and if you don’t mind very steep hills you can walk up through the forest or down to the village to local restaurants and a bakery. The lovely towns and villages near the lake and supermarket are very accessible by car. Julius is a great host. We had a lovely stay"

"My family and I use VRBO / HomeAway regularly and this is by far the cleanest property with the most helpful host ever. The photos really don't do the apartment justice...it is much larger than it appears and is super comfortable for a family of 4-5. The unit is furnished with all the modern conveniences and has an outstanding view of the lake and the Alps. Charming Meersburg is a short walk and there are lots of other things to do within an hour's drive along beautiful Lake Constance. Thanks...

"Wir sind nach zwei Tagen raus gegangen und sind in ein Hotel gegangen.Es war nicht so wie es sein sollte in der Dusche war Schimmel am Fenster war schwarzer Schimmel der gesundheitsgefährdend ist, es waren Spinnenweben in den Ecken, es lagen Augen Tropfen zwischen Matratze und Bett Kasten und Kaffee Flecken auf der Fensterbank .ich habe dadurch 560€ in Sand gesetzt und noch da zu sind noch meine Hotel kosten da zu gekommen . Ich las mich nicht von einen ab ziehen der Gastgeber hat mir 200 €...

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell. Die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich, wie auf den Bildern auch abgebildet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man ist schnell an der Promenade und hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah dran. Einen großen Pluspunkt dafür das wir unsere zwei Hunde mitnehmen konnten."

Sagenhafter Kurzurlaub direkt am See!

"So geht Top-Hotelerie: - fantastische Lage in einem alten Dominikanerkloster mit langer Hoteltradition, - exzellenter Service, - sehr schoene, extrem grosse und hochwertig ausgestattete Zimmer (mit Seeblick & Balkon), - fantastisches Fruehstueck, - sehr gute Kueche im hauseigenen Domikaner-Restaurant und der Zeppelin-Bar, - gute Parkmoeglichkeit direkt am Haus (gebuehrenpflichtig) und nahe am Bahnhof gelegen, - sehr kurze Wege in die Konstanzer Altstadt und zum Stadtgarten bzw. zum Hafen mit Katamaran-Service nach Friedrichshafen (Zeppelin- und Dorniermuseum). Ein Haus der Spitzenklasse, das zeitlis elegant und modern ausgestattet ist. Das Team war rundum fantastisch und sehr bemueht, perfekten Service zu bieten. Danke auch an Herrn Breitling fuer die tollen Topps zu Museen und Sehenswuerdigkeiten. Wer sich und/oder andere verwoehnen will, ist hier richtig - freu mich schon auf das naechste Mal!"
