Hotel under renovation which we weren’t aware of. A carpet was laid in front of our room during the stay. No working air conditioning & when we complained (as it had been one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) we were informed that it had not been turned on yet. In hot late June. The staff member made no attempt to apologise for the situation and was extremely unhelpful. Luckily one of his colleagues did offer some help in the end. The hotel itself was ok, although quite a walk from the main area in Konstanz. The breakfast was good & the hotel was clean but I would not recommend it.

It’s a beautiful nice new hotel. Parking was an issue. Breakfast had its challenges. But overall it’s a beautiful place and I would stay there again.

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement
Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement This new hotel boasts beautiful facilities and even includes travel tickets to the city center. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Uncomfortable Temperaturen: The air conditioning system wasn't functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. Unwelcoming one Staff: The receptionist guy with spectacles did not acknowledge nor smiles , which felt impersonal in the hospitality industry. Limited In-Room Amenities: There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and essential items like pans required a 30 euro deposit for use in the studio room. This made it inconvenient to prepare even basic hot beverages. If I book a studio i believe essential amenities as per studio.

Okay, there was a festival the weakend we stayed there, but to pay 160€ for this chamber, that's bold. It was a tiny room called deluxe double bed room. No chair, no table, no real wardrobe!

Das Personal hasst, was es tut. Der einzige deutsche Satz, den wir hörten war, „Was?“ Hotel, seelenloser Klotz, möchtegern hip in scheußlicher Umgebung. Bitte nicht für Hochzeitsreise oä buchen. Niemals wieder.

Wir waren 2 Tage in diesem Hotel. Zuerst das Positive: Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus zur Altstadt von Konstanz. Schönes Parkhaus neben dem Hotel und für 24 Stunden 12,00 Euro Gebühr nicht überteuert. Dann das Negative: Wie des öfteren erwähnt überwiegend junges und fast nur Englisch sprechendes Personal. Daher geht das Einchecken nicht so flott von der Hand wie es sein sollte. Das Frühstück halte ich für so ein Hotel in keinster Weise angemessen. Brötchen Supermarktware und keine Bäckerbrötchen. Die Croissants waren zu kalt und wirkten daher nicht frisch. Insgesamt ließ die Auswahl zu Wünschen übrig. Auch der Frühstücksraum wirkt ungemütlich und erinnert eher an eine Kantine.

Zimmer schön und geräumig. Aussicht auf eine Baustelle. Sobald das Fenster gekippt wird, hört man sehr die Hauptstraße. Keine eigenen Parkplätze vorhanden. Für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Für unsere Radtour rund um den Bodensee die perfekte Unterkunft. Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet und die Umgebung ist auch dementsprechend, was aber für uns kein Problem war. Das Frühstück fanden wir auch sehr gut.

Einzug das Personal am Empfang. Konnte kaum deutsch was aber noch OK und verständlich war. Allerdings konnte er bei der Bezahlung der Kurtaxe, in bar, nicht rausgeben und hat das Restgeld von drei Euro einbehalten, mit der Aussage wir sollen morgen nochmal kommen. Blöd nur dass da dann jemand anderes an der Rezeption war, dem ich die Story dann nicht erzählen brauche....

Schönes, neues Hotel in Zentrums Nähe. Der Bus fährt alle 15 Minuten. Im Hotel finden noch Bauarbeiten statt (beginnen um 8 Uhr morgens). Das Frühstück war okay, angemessene Auswahl, Brötchen leider trocken und scheinen nicht frisch. Personal spricht teilweise nur englisch und kein deutsch, ist aber trotzdem ganz nett.
