"We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. "Staff can be a little cold but always professional. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you."

"First of all the owner didn’t know English so he used google translate to communicate (through WhatsApp) so you can imagine how difficult it was communicating with him. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. "Beautiful property! Loved the access to the beach and spa. Many food options. Lots of German people at the resort. Expensive cocktails and drinks as to be expected. Very relaxing place to spend a few days. "

"This was an excellent property and I enjoyed it fully. The staff were excellent and attentive. The major downside was the lack of cooking facilities which are advertised when booking the room. A wooden board covered the hob with a note saying that the hob couldn’t be used. There was no sign of a microwave either. The cost of going out to eat added up and was an expense I hadn’t budgeted for. "
