"I stayed here with my teen son. We loved this hotel. Very reasonable price and convenient for USJ visit, for trains and ferry service to the aquarium - Both within 5min walk. Check in staff were super friendly and helpful. Storage for bags was offered so we could continue to explore after checkout. Room was clean, tidy and super well equipped. Beds were a little hard compared to home, but after huge days out and about this was not an issue. Cute decor with ‘Minions’ statues and pics. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent and very kind staff. The room we had was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My room was very quiet even though the hotel is attached to Kansai airport. I only know a few words of Japanese but the staff easily communicated with me in English. I would definitely stay here again. A Lawson store us conveniently next to the hotel, as are several restaurants. "

"Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "
