Excellent House Close to CU
Great house, close to Clemson University and Downtown. We stayed here for CU Family weekend and it was perfect. Quiet, close to campus, relaxing porch and plenty of space. The owners are super nice. We would definitely stay again.

Clemson Family Weekend - great location

The Seneca Private Setting was very comfortable, very nice home, easy to drive to and great view of the lake. The host communicated well and provided excellent guides for the area and the home. We would definitely recommend for a stay in the Clemson area. It was a plus for us to be close to where our Family resided. Thank you for a memorable visit.

We had an amazing stay! Great location, especially for Clemson. Enjoyed several hikes as well. Our kids enjoyed exploring the woods and lake across the street. Enjoyed the little extras like games, drinks, and shampoo/conditioner provided. Check in and out easy. Thanks so much!

We had a great trip dropping our daughter off at Clemson. The property was quiet but was also close to a ton of amenities! We wish we had more time to hang out at the lake across the street. The path to the water was beautiful, as was the lake. Next time we will plan to bring some floats and our swimsuits to enjoy the water. The home was great for everyone to spread out but also to be together. We enjoyed our stay and the snacks and drinks that Keith provided. Will definitely be back!

Easy Clemson Access
We rented in order to drop our son off at Clemson. The place was great and convenient for enjoying all that the town had to offer. Would definitely recommend for families with children at Clemson looking for someplace nearby.

Spring Game Get-a-way

Great place to stay!
The house was perfect for what we were doing. My son was fishing the BFL ALL AMERICAN fishing tournament. He practiced 3 days & fished the tournament 3 days. It was 2 minutes to the boat ramp & plenty of places to eat close by. I would definitely stay there again.

The property felt just like home. It was very roomy, clean, comfortable, and definitely in a great location for the campus. We all had a great weekend for graduation and I even had enough room for some of my son’s friends. Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant stay.

Great little getaway
If you are trying to find a place to stay for a clemson game then this is it!!! Although it wasn’t the reason we came, this place is very near the stadium. Also, lake just across the street with walking path down to it. We saw 2 deer in the yard our first morning!!! House was clean and comfortable and the owners thought of everything to make this feel like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay here again if we returned to the area!!!

The property was perfect, short walk to the lake. Large home great for family stay. Drinks available upon arrival, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer available. Perfect location
Attended a graduation ceremony at Clemson. The house was 6 minutes from the school, shopping and dining. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. My grandchildren especially loved the games and dvd selection. We were able the have wonderful family time. Keith, the owner, was great to work with.

Great, peaceful stay
Our stay here in Seneca went very well. The house was very spacious for my family. We loved that. It's a very quiet, peaceful area, but nearby you have restaurants, grocery store and other stores as well. The property manager was available when needed. He kindly left coffee, drinks and some snacks for us. We found that very thoughtful. The deck has a nice view to the trees and lake across the road. My favorite part was that it had a crib for my baby so I didn't have to take a pack n play! Baby had plenty of toys to have fun with and my teenager enjoyed the DVDs and books available in the house. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting SC.

Comfortable, Clean, and Spacious
The house is located in a beautiful woodsy area with a lake nearby. Loved the open spaces inside the house. We were truly comfortable, not crowded by too much decoration. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well supplied. Lots of extra towels and blankets. Beds were very comfortable. Check-in was easy. Owner left good instructions in the house. We were even able to work the TV (which is an accomplishment for us). House has lots of books and games available. Laundry room is great. Two weaknesses: 1. Bedrooms generally do not have place for hanging clothes. 2. The chest of drawers in one bedroom was dangerous to use. The drawer glides were broken and the drawers would just fall out on your foot if you pulled them more than about 1/2 of the way out. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to return.
