Great Family stay
This is a great house for a family getaway!! Off the main lake so great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Driveway can be a little tricky but got use to it. Close to hikes, cute down town with great restaurants. Also close to grocery stores and Walmart

It was a very nice and relaxing stay! The grocery stores, Starbucks and Marina are all within a mile, I would also agree with some of the previous reviews, the driveway will catch your attention! PS The Hosts are phenomenal!

Awesome Lake House
The property was exactly as pictured and described! We had a great stay with great views. We did bring a trailer with us and it was a bit too big for the driveway but I messaged the host and they were super quick to respond with options on where we could store our trailer for our stay. I’d definitely visit here again!

Weekend Getaway with Family
The property was beautiful and in a great location. Enjoyed the water and outdoor activities. The house was well stocked with everything needed including charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill. We would stay again and recommend.

Perfect lake getaway!
Conveniently located, beautiful lake view and access, very clean, and room to spread out. Perfect for a small family getaway. It’s 2 minutes from the grocery store, so you wouldn’t even really have to leave if you didn’t want to. The hosts were wonderful and very easy to get in touch with.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Clemson
My son and I were doing a tour of colleges over spring break and this was such a nice alternative to a hotel. The house is comfortable and clean and in a lovely setting. We enjoyed going out on the lake in the kayaks and sitting on the dock and listening to the birds. We would definitely come again!

Beautiful stay on Lake Keowee
The area of the home was perfect close to everything stores restaurants. The owners were very responsive to our needs. The house had everything and then some to make you very comfortable during your stay. View from the dock is breath taking the lake is amazingly clean took the kayaks out everyday so glad they were available for use so that we could get on the water. If you’re looking for a nice dinner check out Pixie and Bills in Clemson only a 10 minute drive from the house. Highly recommend Thanks for the use of your home we definitely will be returning

Wonderful getaway
This wonderful house in “City Cove” made for a delightful stay. The water at the dock was plenty deep enough for us to bring our boat. The three bedrooms and three full baths were all clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location could not be better, right in Seneca with all of the creature comforts, restaurants, grocery stores and shops close by. Book this house! You won’t regret it.

Quiet weekend getaway
We really enjoyed our recent weekend stay at this property! The location was very convenient compared to a lot of other homes on Lake Keowee. It is close to Clemson and Seneca, and just a couple of minutes away from multiple grocery stores and restaurants. There is a great view from the back porch and we loved how peaceful and quiet it was out there, especially in the mornings. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The driveway is quite steep and a little intimidating at first but it was fine with two cars. Overall we had a wonderful time and hope to stay again someday!

Lake Keowee retreat
The house was very clean and well stocked. The view is of the cove is terrific. The only thing we didn’t like was it’s close proximity to the 2 neighbors…we spent a lot of time on the deck and there were people nearby who had come for the Fla. State/Clemson football game. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina one day and explored beautiful Lake Keowee. Our one night out to eat was st Paesano’s Italian restaurant which was about 10 minutes away. It was recommended by the owner and we had an excellent dinner! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Clemson "rivalry" game visit
The house and location on Lake Keowee was perfect for our needs. We took advantage of sitting on the deck and dock and enjoying the lake views when not busy in Clemson. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away made stocking up easy for the house and game-day tailgate. Close to both Seneca and Clemson. House layout great with the 3 bedrooms - each separated and each enjoying their own bath. Big screen TV in the main living space a big plus! And desk overlooking the lake made "working from home" one day more bearable. Hosts were responsive and made the whole process seamless.

This property was such a nice place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. The owner obviously cares and pays very much attention to detail. They even have a very handy “instruction manual”. They provide a lot of fun amenities that’s not even listed in the ad. The only area of concern I have/had and would share with future renters is the slope of the driveway. It’s manageable, but it is steep. Just be aware,but do NOT let this be any type of deterrent! I look forward to staying here again.

Lake House Vacation
We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. It is exactly as it is described. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal, there is a charcoal grill as well as a grill/smoker. The fire pit was used nightly. It was so peaceful sitting around the fire listening to music and talking. The kayaks were used almost daily. If you are wanting to rent a boat, Keowee Marina is 5 minutes away, and the rates are very reasonable. Tiki Hut Bar/Grille has an amazing view of the lake and the food is incedible. Grocery store are also 5 minutes away. We loved Engle's Great prices and WOW the variety is incredible. If you are looking forward for a vacation to just chill and relax then a lake house is perfect for you. I highly recommend this house to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect location for a Clemson game, and gorgeous!
Traveling with my wife, getting away from the kids for a change, this was a beautiful, quiet place that exceeded all of our expectations. We came for the Clemson Carolina ball game, and it couldn't have been any more convenient. It was only 10 minutes from the school, without traffic, and we were able to jump right into the game avoiding a lot of the traffic we are used to. Being only about 5 minutes from downtown Seneca, we were able to quickly stop in at Ram Cat Alley to enjoy the Christmas lights at the park and some surprisingly great restaurants. You have to try Vangeli's Bistro. Get the Steak Frites! Also, you have to try a mojito from Bonaterra. The house was in a quiet cove, at least during our stay, and was extremely clean and accommodating. I even took out the kayak after the game and enjoyed seeing lots of wildlife during the sunset over the distant mountains. Next time we come to a game or want a home base for visiting the SC Appalachains and waterfalls we will be staying here. We will plan on coming back with our kids since there was plenty of room for them too. Be careful at the bottom of the driveway. It has a steep drive and a parking platform that drops off quite a few feet. A fence around the bottom would help me be more comfortable with the little ones running around and parking. Overall, 5 stars!

Convenient location with woods and water
This was more like borrowing a cabin from friends than renting an empty unit. It is well furnished and stocked with necessities. The main floor has a master bedroom, kid's room, great kitchen and flows right out to a lakeview deck. It has a main floor laundry. The wifi was great for working at extra desks or outside. The TVs are huge with many channels provided. The downstairs has another guest bedroom, large couch, refrigerator, and kitchen sink. With a walkout door to the lake, it is like a separate apartment. The water level of Lake Keowee was low in October, so I used one of the kayaks to paddle around the corner to a sandy beach to swim in the warm afternoon sun. Scenic, safe place to kayak. Make sure you feed the catfish at dusk ! Pickleball has many friendly players each morning in beautiful South Cove Park. The location is very close to Seneca's main roads, Publix, Ingles and CVS. It is an easy drive to explore many surrounding small towns. In Seneca, make sure to try Taco Riendo shrimp tacos. We had a perfect Italian meal at Paesano's Italian Restaurant. Everything was spot on. The steep driveway was a challenge for our aging balance, but the young at heart will adapt to this. Once unpacked, this cabin is great. I wish we had a longer stay.
