"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

Die Lage verursacht jedoch bei vielen Gästen körperliche Probleme wie Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit. Deshalb würden wir empfehlen ein oder zwei Nächte in Kurzras bei der Talstation zu verbringen. Bei schlechtem Wetter, was in den Alpen immer vorkommen kann, fährt die Seilbahn nur eingeschränkt oder auch gar nicht. Wir hatten leider an 3 Tagen Sturm mit Windgeschwindigkeiten bis 80 km/h. "all our 14 friends enjoyed there stay budget priced quality hotel food was good and being so high up in the mountains the skiing was great and ski to door no problem, only grumble by group the swimming pool was very cold more like a plunge pool"

"Uns hat die Hütte sehr zugesagt und war so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Vielleicht sollte man erwähnen, dass die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer schon abenteuerlich ist, steil und eng. Wir haben im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Das ging sehr gut, da das Sofa ausziehbar ist.Alles andere hat gepasst. Ruhe,die Aussicht, die Vermieter."
