"Die Unterkunft ist in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand. Die Zufahrt über die Sackgasse ist etwas schwierig, aber trotzdem gut möglich. Die Betten in den ersten beiden Zimmern sind okay; im dritten Zimmer etwas veraltet was bei uns keine Rolle spielte da wir nur zu dritt waren."

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"Le location en elle-même est très bien, plage, commerces, port à proximité, on peut tout faire à pied. Le gros défaut, l'insonorisation. Tous les balcons et fenêtres des chambres donnent sur un grand boulevard. En plus du bruit des voitures, c'est le chemin qui mène aux boites de nuit et emprunté par des bandes de jeunes qui hurlent à l'aller (entre 1h et 2h du matin) et au retour vers 8h. De plus on nous dit ne pas accepter des groupes de jeunes de -26 ans or ce n'est pas le cas pour tous les...

"Muy buena ubicación. Escaleras de acceso muy estrechas para subir con carritos de bebé. A la entrada el apartamento no estaba tan limpio como esperaba. A nuestra entrada el apartamento estaba vacío y no nos entregaron las llaves hasta las 16:00 horas simplemente porque en el anuncio indican que la entrada es a las 16:00 horas a pesar de no estar justificada la entrada a esa hora por labores de limpieza ya que no limpiaron el día que entramos."

"En general el apartamento esta muy bien. Es amplio, bien equipado y con ascensor. Una segunda planta, con su terraza, es soleado. El servicio que da de equipamiento perfecto. Está muy cerquita de la playa. Tiene un restaurante justo al lado de la entrada del edificio. Inconvenientes, sólo disponer de un juego de llaves y creo que es un Disco bar que hay enfrente, cruzando la calle principal, con el consiguiente ruido y bullicio."

"Wir erhielten alle notwendigen Informationen im Voraus und der Check-in-Prozess verlief demzufolge reibungslos. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet; das Wasser im Schwimmbad warm und das Becken von angenehmer Größe. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft. Überfall, aber insbesondere auf dem Boden, waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die Wohnung vor dem Bezug komplett zu wischen, worauf wir natürlich überhaupt...

"We had a great stay here, Maria the host was very helpful! The house was very clean, the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool! The house is in a great location a short walk to the beach, restaurants and a local supermarket, but also in a nice quiet area! 5*s we enjoyed our stay!!"

"- The water boiler was rusty and covered in chalk. - The beds were both small and uncomfortable. - There was hardly any linen. - The neighbors could be quite noisy. - Upon checking out the bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms, a high placed small window was closed by the neighbors! "

"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

"La Galiana is a place I will return; I truly enjoyed the view, the accommodations, and the spa. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk team, Olga y Francisco, the service staff at the restaurant everyone was very professional and cordial. My only subjection was that the bar should have wine bottles saves pumps to keep bottles fresher once the bottle is open, but overall it was a great experience and the golf course, the pro Pedro, and the team at the club house were friendly and accommodating. I hope to return soon. Julian USA "

"We felt fortunate to find an available room at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo during la Fira de Tots Sants. Lars and his team were very hospitable as was their young cat, Tita, who was loving and playful with my daughter. We loved the charm of Lars' and his wife's 300 year-old renovated building. Their eye for simplicity and style made returning to our room and waking up a pleasure! Our stay ticked all of the boxes: It was on the festival pathway (any noise from passersby stopped by around 10pm), comfortable mattresses, white absorbent large bath towels, modern amenities and a marvelous heated floor in the bathroom. Our room, #2 was very spacious with a small balcony on the street side. We explored upwards and found a communal sun room as well as a rooftop patio that were the "icing on the cake". Our breakfast each morning was served on time and with great care and generosity and in the most beautiful dining/lounge area. Cocentaina is a charming town made more enjoyable by our stay at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo. We will return! "
