"The hotel service and staff are phenomenal, amazing and helpful in every way! Beach club is fun and nice, breakfast includes great options and smoothies. Room service had amazing food, so many options and quick delivery. Many restaurants walking distance or a 2 minute drive away. Location is the best you can get, very walkable and next to everything. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room lighting was dim and the mattress is hard like a rock. Maybe a 20 minute nap...

"Lovely hotel. In a quieter location on the border of Legian and Seminyak but a quick 2 minute stroll to the beach and an easy walk up the beach to Legian and Kuta. Pool access room was large and comfortable. Would have been lovely to have some sun lounges on the patio rather than chairs that weren’t very comfortable. Food and cocktails were plentiful and delicious but the $3.50 room service fee caught us by surprise given the cost to stay. There is a delicious Greek restaurant just up the road...
