"We chose the property and stayed 2 nights based upon the reviews. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time, as toothpaste and grime on the taps, basins and mirrors showed. The floor in our room was also quite dirty, especially by the window. To have a hot shower, we needed to use the communal shower near the kitchen. The furniture was dusty. The internet speed was slow (2 Mbps up and down). Definitely not worth IDR420k per night. It's also not a...

"I was booked the hotel for my friend, he told me his stay at AlZara hotel was fine, pretty basic 3 star hotel. Very disappointing that they did NOT serve breakfast, you have to order via online food delivery. The staff are friendly enough, even though they staring at you sometimes, because obviously not many western stay in the hotel. "
