"We stayed one night in this hotel and had lunch evenomg meal and breakfast the food was amazing. The room was warm and comfortable. The staff were very polite and service was excellent. "

"This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we weren't disappointed as everything was as we remembered it. We had a better room this time which was bigger and with a better outlook. The only downside was that it was Christmas party time with two groups in celebrating. The Hotel did apologise in advance and it was only for one night. We eat in the hotel and the food was excellent and keenly priced. The staff were always helpful and happy to serve us."

"Easy free parking, waterside location, nice room, good breakfast, good access to South Downs and coast. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that swimming pool water is hot, comfortable for old people getting in but makes actual swimming for exercise sluggish."
