" 2 friends on a brief visit to Raleigh to see Jungle at the Red Hat. The loft apartment was ideally located for the music venue and tons of nice restaurants etc. The unit is large and had every thing we need for our short stay. Nice kitchen set up, large living space and very comfortable beds. Even though it faces a parking lot, you are well above it and even have a few trees to add to the city leafy city vibe. We would definitely stay again."

"Don’t be fooled by this stay. It describes a full list of “luxury” amenities and furnishings which is a far stretch from what they actually do provide to you. It describes to you a place with a pool, bbq pit, work out room and more! They clearly copy and pasted from what I am assuming is a different stay. The place has been stocked with Walmarts finest trash! You’ll wake up in a humid sweat from there cheap Walmart sheets and comforters provided! I wouldn’t let my dogs sleeps in that bedding!...

"I'll start with the good: The house is in a nice neighborhood. For the most part the description was accurate. The beds are comfortable. The bad: Dirty dishes were stored away upon arrival. There wasn't a remote for the television. Blood stains throughout the house on the floor. During the stay there was a major plumbing issue that began the first night. "I enjoyed nearly four weeks staying at this property. It matches the description completely. Additionally, is has new appliances! It is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown. Taryn, the host, is very responsive. I would definitively recommend it."
