"Great stay, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff as we don’t speak French. Thought the price to use the pool were unnecessary, should be included in the stay but all was fantastic."

"Lovely hotel. It’s very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle into town and a symbiotic relationship with their sister property in town, Le Normandy. Be sure to check out live piano music there on the weekend. Beware that they don’t speak any English at this property, which I found surprising for a four star. "

"Location was perfect, where was center of Honfluer. Staff also were so kind and all conditions seemed to be perfect, although space of hotel itself was not big. I would like to stay here again."

"Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. The restaurant on site was good and offered reasonable food, bar had great selection and room enabled a good nights sleep comfortable bed. "

"High Quality hotel right in the old centre of Rouen, literally seconds from the Old Market Square The hotel is steeped in history and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were all very professional and friendly and we enjoyed the live piano in the bar on Friday night. Room was traditional in format but modern in decor / fittings. "Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room. "

"Although near the beach, the hotel is not on the beach, as it appears in the photos. Rooms are renovated but very simple, smelly toilet area and shower-head that sprayed on the ceiling. Not a bad stay, but definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at best. Not worth the price, unfortunately. "
