"Hi! This locale was perfect. It was a great stay. The o my thinks that needs to probably be looked at in the future is the bedding. One rooms duvet comforter was musty and smelled of dog and the room we were in personally had dog hair on the sheets. So if there is a way to make sure all the bedding was changed or looked at more closely that would be great! "

"I needed a room for the night, and that’s what I got. It seemed clean, though a bit run down around the property. Wallpaper was peeling throughout the halls, and some bits had fallen from the ceiling. I received no communication prior to my arrival, so I had to contact the host to get into the building. He called me within 10 minutes and walked me through the property to my room, where the door was unlocked and the key was inside. He gave me two door codes, but the one closest to the parking...

"Host is responsive but not proactive. We had to ask for instructions on how to check in and he provided a code to get into the building but he didn’t provide the code to get into the unit. We arrived late and had a moment of panic but he did respond immediately with the 2nd ccode when I asked "

"We were in town for my son's basketball tournament at Kimberton and were lucky to be able to stay in this sweet townhouse. It looked newly renovated and was delightful to stay in (beds were comfortable, bathrooms were bright and clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed). It is also located close to downtown Phoenixville, and so we walked to and from the shops and restaurants.
