Large picture windows present lake views from nearly every room of the house. You’ll love the private infinity pool and hot tub overlooking Lake Placid!

Spread across two floors, the spacious interior is perfect for socializing and quiet time alike. All five bedrooms come complete with an en-suite bath, creating privacy and comfort for the whole group. The primary suite provides lake views and direct pool-area access as well as a spa-like wet room with rainfall shower and soaking tub.

Cozy up for movie nights in the stunning great room, highlighted by an electric fireplace, huge TV, and lake-view wall of windows. Hours of fun await in the game room, featuring ping-pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, board games, TV, and a wet bar with a full-size fridge.

Home chefs will love the sparkling full kitchen, with expansive stone counter space and top-notch appliances - including a 48” gas range. Or head out back to the outdoor kitchen, perfect for leisurely lakefront cookouts. For a wholly uninterrupted entertainment space, 16 foot accordion doors can be opened to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living areas. An 8 foot accordion window connects indoor and out bar areas, creates a perfect spot for breakfast overlooking the pool and lake, and allows lake breezes to flow effortlessly throughout the interior. Or pull up some bar stools for a bite and a beverage along the 25 foot patio bar looking out to 200 linear feet of beautiful waterfront.

Fantastic long weekend away
This house was great for me and my 19 friends. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and had a very fun and comfortable stay. The outside area is very spacious, plenty of seating and really nice views of Lake Placid. Inside is an open design that makes the dining/kitchen/living very roomy. There is also a game room inside that opens up to the patio which means its easy for different groups to be doing different activities. There were plenty of beds for everyone and we all had a really good time. The property manager reached out before we arrived and offered any assistance should we need it. Fortunately we did not as everything was beyond our expectations. Would definitely look to stay again.

This property and location for the price was outstanding. Everyone’s rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The living room couch easily accommodated all of us. It is only a short walk to the Creekside gondola. The highlight of our days included relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day. Communication with Outpost was phenomenal. The snow plower even found a friends passport that got lost on the ground. Outpost promptly reached out and returned it to us. Our friend did not even realize she lost it. We think of how terrible it could’ve been trying to get home without the detail and attention from Outpost to make sure it was returned safely. Thank you so much! We can’t recommend the house and Outpost enough!

Family of 23 had an amazing time at this property. The pool was just perfect along with the outdoor covered area with grill/kitchen. Th house had an amazing gameroom with shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey. Amazing house. We have this family trip annually and this is by far the best house. The communication with the property owner was poor. It was basically one way communication, but nevertheless, everything worked out.

We loved this place! We had 22 of us (three families), with all ages included. The house is basically brand new, and is extremely well set up for large groups. We had no issues whatsoever, and would love to stay again. We had access to area activities, but also loved just hanging around the house, with the pool, game room, etc. Lots of large spaces for groups.

We had a wonderful time in this house. One snag, not their fault, the house wasn’t ready at check in . Once we got in the place was amazing!! We enjoyed the pool and game room.
