"The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure. "

"Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. We had a room in the cloistered area and as you would expect have been converted from the original building, this does make the rooms feel slightly small and quite dark as they only...

"It is actually a beautiful trip It’s a beautiful city and the Parador. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee"
