"This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend if you love breathtaking vistas, history, and wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Went out of their way to be accommodating and thoroughly enjoyed the geothermal heated pool overlooking the valley. Spa services available onsite as well. Jacuzzi, massage and IR sauna. I came upon this out of last minute necessity and plan return trip there on my next visit. "

"Very well heated in the cold winter weather, staff is friendly. Would make the stay much nicer if there were the usual small food counter in the room (electric water boiler, cups and spoons, and just some complimentary tea bags and coffee). It was a bit tough without even the possibility to buy a cup of something hot or get a snack after checking in on a cold winter day in the afternoon, because the restaurant was closed until dinner time which was 8-9 pm only."

"It was very picturesque when we drove up, very much a Tuscan Villa. Emma greeted us with a smile and a beverage of choice right when we arrived. The rooms was a perfect size, the bathroom very nice and the views were incredible. Emma helped advise us on the best dinner spots in town and how best to navigate in town. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time.
