"This property is right in front of the train station which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and kind. What I don’t like about it is, the room is carpeted and it has stain in some area. Carpets are very unhealthy and it should be removed. "

"Great location, 5 mins walk from the HBF and 5-10 mins walk into the beautiful old town. Check in was really easy and the rooms are well put together - though obviously aimed at young students I’d rather that than a premier inn or something. The cleanliness in the room was ok, but the glasses on our coffee machine were filthy as was an area of the wall in the bathroom. You also don’t seem to get usual housekeeping services - like bed made/new towels, which seemed strange to me when it’s hotel...

"Service was impeccable. The room was oversized, quiet and worked for our needs. Parking was perfect and easy. Breakfast was nice, good coffee. The hammam would have been nice to enjoy had we had the time. Korfu, the Greek restaurant a few doors down made for a nice end to our long days drive and event in the park with dinner and great service by Kevin. The hotel is dated and could use some new flooring and furniture refinishing. The bedding and towels were white and good."
