"It was the worse experience in my life. Unfriendly lady in property, she stole our money, didnt give us accomodation and left quickly with her car. She left us alone there, in front of her house, with animals walking around, in a dirty place. She was rude, she cheated. Such place should not be authorized to give tourist service. Big shock. My friend got almost heart attack and she couldnt sleep that night. We had to move to another place."

"Als in der Buchungsbestätigung stand, dass wir Monteurzimmer gebucht haben, waren wir schon auf Schlimmeres vorbereitet, allerdings wurde das leider noch übertroffen. Das Angebot stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Beschreibung überein. Doppelzimmer mit Einzelbetten, jeder Bettbezug unterschiedlich, okay damit kann man leben… Aber es gibt nur Gemeinschaftsduschen und - Toiletten, das sollte schon erwähnt werden! "Property was in a great location for us. Near family that we were visiting and had a great place for the kids to play in Alfeld (7 Berge Bad). Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"The property was clean and fairy easy to access. Parking was good. The property is in a highrise building from the 70's. Smelled a bit musty. We didn't use the pool or sauna, so can't comment. It was close to downtown and the Sole Terme. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels! The bed was not very comfortable. I am not sure what the mattress was stuffed with, maybe grass, lol. It was hard and uncomfortable. Make sure you bring everything you need, including shower jell, shampoo, etc."
