"We spent four very quiet and restful days at this location. Well appointed with a lovely sunroom, firepit, and walking access to a sandy swimming spot on beautiful Upper Beverley Lake. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had all the amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning made the hot Summer day comfortable. Very quiet, peaceful area! Had a wonderful time."

"The house was large, clean and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space to sit out side by the fire and relax after our bike ride from Ottawa. We enjoyed the ample fire wood Yvonne was great to deal with and very timely in her responses."

"We arrived to find that our “luxurious cottage” was a cabin in a trailer park, trail of dog poop brought us to the door. We don’t mind rustic but moldy coffee left in the maker and someone’s soap in the shower was just the start. I paid for it and slept on the couch cushions on the floor. We made the best of it for our friends birthday but no privacy, no wifi and didn’t even get the cottage in the picture was enough for me. View was nice tho. "

"My wife and I spent a wonderful week in September at the Gecieve Opinicon. The cottage is clean and well-appointed with all you need for your stay. There is an incredible view of the water from the property including the sun room and bedroom. We spent many hours on the clear water in the kayaks with plenty of wildlife to see. "The best part of the trip was the boat tour. The lake and area are beautiful. Please match the online listing to signs posted in the suite (e.g. Pool hours only 6am to 9pm). Check-in was confusing and not advised when requesting it in advance. Pool area is not very private with a half-frosted glass partition wall next to the host’s TV/common area. The lakeside suite was not peaceful. The cottage only a few feet away had loud young adults (8+) with no privacy from them staring down at us when...

"Sprawling and fascinating house full of lovely furniture and objects, so well equipped for vacationers with many lovingly constructed inside and outside spaces. The kitchen was lovely and very well equipped, and the dishwasher worked well though it was very tiny so we had to run it after every meal. The very long catwalk to the dock and gazebo is just remarkable, lit at night with tiny string lights there. Two kayaks and two paddleboards were fun in the water. With the air conditioning on...
