The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. "The property was very much as described. The lounge, with it's oak panelling and bay window was a delight to spend time in, the addition of the bookcase door was a real novelty.
