"This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. "It was hard for me to find because I arrived after dark. So in the dark, once I found the blue door, there was construction boards to walk over with my luggage, in the dark. The ac unit was oddly loud so I turned that off, but the fan didn’t work so it was quite hot. That all being said, the place was cute, clean and the bed was comfy. This place really is great 😊"

"The property was very nice with excellent views. Loved sitting outside in the adirondack chairs by the fire pit drinking wine. Our only suggestion would be to override the sprinkler system and turn it off while guests are sitting out there enjoying the view. "My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges.
