"Booked the property pretty easily. Nice views. Quiet because we were the only ones staying at property. Breakfast was included but was not briefed that we had to call them to make breakfast, so we didn't even have breakfast."

"This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. Twice we were rewarded with Elk walking past our patio, just steps away from us! (Unfortunately we didn't have our phones ready to take pics). The bed was quite comfortable, and the cozy living room provided comfortable seating areas, and a good selection...

"Clean quiet place with plenty of space for my husband and myself to refresh between outings. We loved hiking at Roxborough Park, and took in a couple of concerts @ Red Rocks. This was a great choice for us, and we will likely stay again."

"We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's...

"My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick.
