"I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience at first. The place was brand new, everything super clean and comfortable. So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are super thin with no sound insulation. I could literally hear the people in the unit above me talking normally, every word. "This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. "The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Timeless Charming Bungalow. Donna is a great host and was very quick to answer any questions, before and during our visit. To our surprise, the house was decked out for Christmas, making the already cute property even more cozy. The home is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, extra blankets, pillows, towels etc. Very conveniently located just blocks from the ISU campus."
