"An absolute 10/10. The property was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. A very nice and very quiet area, the property was very clean and well maintained. Loved the hot tub, the fire place, and the overall vibe of the house. Host’s guide was very helpful and the recommendations for local dining were spot on. My wife and I are already planning a return stay, would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back."

"As a family of four with two teens, this place was perfect. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, the outside deck with a charcoal grill, (easy to light with some propane attached) firepit with supplied wood and access to Long lake with a cute little beach with a kayak. We explored Sebago Lake, (rented a pontoon boat) did the Songo River Queen riverboat ride (the 12p-2p is more informative, the later night one is more of a party boat). "The home is beautiful, so spacious and very clean. We had 5 children aged three and under in our party, and the amenities for small children (changing tables, gates on the stairs, outlet covers, indoor and outdoor toys) were SO appreciated. We loved how secluded the property was, having space for the kids to roam and shout and play, but we also had pretty easy proximity to North Conway and Storyland for activities. Highly recommend staying here!"

"It was perfect for our family to come back, unwind and stretch our legs. Loved having the area to hang up and dry out our snow gear. We do wish there were some throw blankets for the sofa but not a deal breaker. Would stay again!"

"Incredible stay at black bear lodge. Perfectly nestled in the trees, the lodge had everything you could need and was very clean. The bedrooms were well appointed and the living space with the log fires in the lounge and kitchen were dreamy. We had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent the entire time.
